Condicions del servei.

These are the terms under which Coverso CC SL (Spain, NIF pending) provides the Comanda service. By signing up for a Comanda account you agree to them. If you don't, don't sign up — we'll still be friends.

1. What the service does

Comanda is a multi-tenant ordering platform for cafés and restaurants: QR-coded digital menus, in-house table ordering, takeaway with pre-pay, and private customer reviews. You get a dedicated subdomain (comanda.menu/c/your-slug/), a staff console, and an admin surface to run it.

2. Your account + responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, and allergen declarations — Comanda just stores what you put in.
• You keep your staff phone numbers + PINs secret. Rotating a leaked PIN takes two taps in the staff manager.
• You must comply with your local food-business laws (Spain: Reg. 1169/2011 allergens, RETA/RGPD data, Facturae/Veri*factu/TicketBAI invoicing where required).
• No illegal content, no spam, no pretending to be a business you don't own.

3. Pricing + billing

Plans are €49 (Menu), €89 (Takeaway or Taula) or €129 (Complet) per month, per venue. Add-ons stack on top: Vocero WhatsApp AI +€70, Extra location +€39, Custom domain +€5, all per month.

The 14-day trial is real — no card required, cancel in one click, we don't auto-convert. If you become a paying customer and later cancel, you retain access until the end of the paid period; no refunds for partial months.

We don't take per-order commissions. Card-payment processing fees (Mollie) go directly to the processor; we never see a cent of them.

4. Availability

We aim for ≥99.5% monthly uptime. If a cluster-wide incident takes service offline for more than four continuous hours in a calendar month, email us and we'll credit a pro-rata day against your next bill. This isn't a formal SLA — we're a small company being honest.

5. Your data stays yours

Your menu, your orders, your customer records — you own them. We hold them only to run the service. You can export a full snapshot of your tenant's data at any time by emailing hola@comanda.menu; we'll send a ZIP of JSON + CSVs within five business days.

When you cancel, we keep the data for 60 days (in case you come back), then delete it. See the Privacy page for details.

6. Liability

Comanda is software — useful, but not magic. Our liability is capped at the sum you paid us in the 12 months before whatever incident you're upset about. We're not liable for consequential losses (lost profits, reputational damage, a bad review).

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change materially reduces your rights, we'll email you 30 days in advance. Minor cleanups go live immediately; the "Last updated" date above is authoritative.

8. Governing law

Catalan law, courts of Girona. If you're a consumer under EU law, nothing here restricts rights you have in your country of residence.
